What do you love about your home?
I love the large spacious rooms with high ceilings and period features. It has ample outdoor space with a sizeable south facing garden and a good size south facing balcony.

Why are you moving?
This house has a lot of memories and has been in the family for some time, I grew up in this home and so did my children. Now they have grown up, we are looking for a smaller home.

What do you love about the area?
I love this area, it has something to offer everyone, old, young and also families. The area has a combination of both old and new and has many tree lined residential streets. The property is in the Stoke Newington area and borders both Islington and Dalston. There are many different shops and local amenities, including the Rio Cinema which is just at the top of the Road and a local library. There are excellent comprehensive schools, brilliant transport links, Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland Stations are both within walking distance. Kingsland High Street is full of neighbourhood coffee shops, restaurants and eclectic eateries. The area is very vibrant and has something to offer everyone.
