What do you love most about your home?
I first fell in love with the flat's character. It sits within a beautiful Victorian mansion block and has lovely high ceilings and great light through the large sash windows. Sitting in the lounge in the afternoon sun - it's a little calm oasis a minute away from the Dalston hustle and bustle!

Why are you moving?
I have rented the flat since I moved in with my boyfriend some years ago. The tenants who have lived there since I moved out have been fantastic, but unfortunately the time has come for me to sell the flat.

What do you love about the area?
For me, the best thing about the area is the atmosphere at the weekends. There is so much on your doorstep - restaurants, cocktail bars, busy cafes on the street, a market, Clissold Park and the Rio cinema just 5 minutes walk away. There is always something going on and I loved popping round the corner on a Sunday morning for a coffee. The transport into town is also a huge bonus - Dalston Kingland station is just down the road and you can cycle into the city in 20 minutes (on safe cycle routes!)
