What do you love most about your home?

I love that the house has retained many of lot of its original features, such as the hallway tiles and high ornate ceilings, which add to the character and beauty of the house. It's nice that thenfront room and family room are separated by double glass doors, which gives the option of either having one open space or separating the rooms for a bit of privacy. The extension with the skylight lets a lovely amount of light in. The south facing garden is relaxing, it is a bonus living along a river because it's quiet and there are no overlooking houses which give a nice sense of privacy.

Why are you moving?

We're moving because while we absolutely love our home and area, our boys are getting bit older, and we just need a bit more space.

What do you love about the area?

This house is the hub to everything we want or need. We have wonderful selection of parks including grovelands and Arnos Grove, Broomfield park is particularly lovely and is within short walking distance. There is also a local recreational area, which is a great green space.

We have excellent transport links. Palmers stations is a short walk away, and will take you into central London in less than half an hour. We also have two tube stations close by with a bus stop at end of our road. We're are within easy reach of the M25 and Enfield town.

Most conveniently we have a great high street that is less than a five minute walk away, which provides a great variety of shops and cafes. Our particular favorites are Starfish Cafe and Kiva, which are child friendly and offer a lovely atmosphere and great food.

We also have some great pubs around the corner in Winchmore Hill, our particular favorite is the The Kings Head, perfect for a pint or Sunday roast.

We also have an excellent nursery and primary school that are walking distance.
