Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
We immediately fell in love with the house for its sense of peace and quietness. The house is immersed in a wood with green view from every window and therefore there is no noise from cars or street. We had such a good sleep here - before our baby arrived! We love the privacy of our garden where we make the most of the summer weather gathering our friends and family for a barbecue. We also find the position of the house very convenient for our daily commute in Central London which allows us to be at work in around 30 minutes.
Why are you moving?
We would like to stay in the same area but as we have a child now and we want to expand our family soon we will look for a house with an additional bedroom.
What do you love about the area?
We are within walking distance from the Arnos Grove Pub, a newly renovated independent pub offering lovely food, live music events and many baby groups during the day.As our son enjoys soft plays we often walk to the Rainbow Creative Learning Centre in New Southgate whereas when the weather is nice we go to Arnos Park, Oak Hill Park or Broomfield Park. Transport links are very good - we either walk 15 minutes to the stations (Arnos Grove Station on the Piccadilly Line or New Southgate where the train to London Kings Cross takes only 14 minutes) or walk two minutes to the bus stop and take the 382 bus.
