What's the area like? Quiet, family-friendly, full of services.
What is parking like? Easy to park for visitors (on demand with an app), allocated parking space can be requested from the Council
How busy is the road, is it quiet at night? Ours is not at all (Caledonian is). Our property does not face any streets.
I'm currently working from home, how does that work in this property? Amazingly well (one of us worked in the study room upstairs, the other one downstairs). The Internet connection is excellent with Ethernet Ports in all rooms.
