There are numerous pubs and cafes within a few minutes walk and a number of green spaces, Shepherdess Walk Park and Shoreditch Park immediately on your doorstep. The property is also moments away from Regents Canal offering lovely walks up to Angel on a summer's day. Shoreditch, Islington, The City, Clerkenwell are all approximately a mile away making them accessible within a 20 minute walk.

What the owner had to say:

What do you love most about your home/property?

I love that it is a secure and safe block. The apartment is really bright as it has a South facing living room and bedroom which was important to me. It is a good size and I was looking for a separate kitchen with a window which this has. The views also instantly hit me looking towards the City.

Why are you selling?

I am buying a house with my partner so we have to reluctantly sell this now.

What do you love about the area?

The area is great, it is so convenient to get everywhere. It is within close proximity to some great pubs and parks, and close to Regents Canal so we often walked down to Angel. it is also really close to Hoxton Square and Old Street. I walked to work everyday for 5 years and didn't have to pay for Ubers home.
