Full description

An exceptional two double bedroomed flat arranged over the ground floor of this modern and secure development. The flat benefits from the flexibility of its own entrance via the South facing front patio garden in addition to a communal entrance. There is a large open plan fully fitted kitchen and reception, family bathroom, and two double bedrooms. The rear private garden is accessed either from the main bedroom or has separate side access. The property also benefits from having a private car park which is operated on a first come first serve basis for one car.

The property is in such a great location for everything Islington has to offer but the best part is this quite cul-de-sac off King Henry's Walk also happens to be next to the members-only community garden on King Henrys Walk. It's easy to join: 'This once derelict site has been transformed by volunteers into a beautiful organic garden, providing an opportunity for local residents to grow their own vegetables and flowers, or just to come and relax in a peaceful oasis.

Comments from the owner:

What do you love most about your home? The flat is located in a quiet and friendly cul-de-sac away from the main road. There's a welcoming community in both apartment blocks and this extends to King Henry's Walk garden which is literally on the doorstep. The flat is also wonderfully bright, benefiting from natural light throughout the day. In the morning the kitchen and lounge and in the afternoon the back garden is filled with sun. The flat also offers a large amount of storage with built-in wardrobes and two storage rooms. Finally, there is off-street parking on a first come first serve basis. However, there is always plenty of parking spaces available.

Why are you moving? With a growing family, we are looking for a 3rd bedroom.

What do you love about the area? What's not to love? Quiet location tucked away with its own private gardens yet easy walking distance from Stoke Newington, Dalston, Highbury, and Angel. Trendy bars/cafes, Ridley Road market, and the Jazz quarter in Dalston are also on your doorstep. As are the shops and Third Space or The Frame gym in Upper Street. Big parks are also nearby including Clissold Park, Highbury Fields, and several playgrounds including De Beauvoir Square.
