Full description

A well-presented two-bedroom apartment set within this popular residential block in the heart of Hoxton and moments from Old Street Station and Shoreditch Park.

Situated on the 3rd floor the apartment boasts a wonderful view towards the City and Shard which in the evening becomes even more impressive. The Southerly aspect of the reception and principal bedroom ensures the apartment remains bright and airy whilst the balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy the sun throughout the day. The apartment further features a second double bedroom, bathroom suite, and modern fitted kitchen.

Finn House is conveniently located to a range of amenities with numerous restaurants, pubs, cafes and green spaces, including Shoreditch Park within a few minutes walk. The property is also a quick walk away from Regents Canal offering lovely walks up to Angel and Upper Street whilst Shoreditch, The City and Clerkenwell are easily accessible within a quick stroll.

The closest stations to the property are Old Street Station (0.3m, Northern Line & National Rail ) or Hoxton ( 0.6m Overground ) providing quick access across London.

What do you love most about your property?

Finn House is in a really great spot to live, close to transport links and right next to Shoreditch Park, We had lived in friends flats on & off over the years so it was somewhere I knew & loved. Also the view over the city ant night is the best and probably what I will miss most.

Why are you selling?

We are selling the flat to finance a new build in Devon where we plan to live, otherwise we would keep it as it holds so many memories.

What do you love about the area?

I've lived on and off in Finn House for over 30 years and have watched the area evolve over that time into this amazing area of London to live.
A few metres away you have Pitfield street which now has its original cinema restored and the whole of Hoxton and Shoreditch is full of bustling cafes bars & places to eat. Through all this change Bevenden Street and Finn House remain a quiet and friendly place to live with a wonderful community spirit where I always felt safe.
