The property offers excellent accommodation starting with a large entrance hall on the ground floor that could easily be utilised as a home office. Situated on the first floor is a fully equipped kitchen overlooking the rear garden, shower room and a large reception featuring a Chesney stove and natural stone surround and two large sash windows. The second floor of the property is home to two double bedrooms with the principal room benefitting from an en-suite bathroom.

Throughout the property there is a feeling of comfort and space with high ceilings and large sash windows in each room and communal areas making the property very bright and airy. There is also use of the communal front garden.

The property offers fantastic transport links being just a short stroll from Kings Cross and St Pancras whilst a number of bus routes also service your immediate location. Local amenities are in their abundance whether that being the local gym and swimming pool just moments away, the shops on Caledonian road or the trendy coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs on Upper Street or Coal Drops Yard.

What the owners had to say:

What do you love most about your home/property?

We love the high ceilings and feeling of space, the sun through the big kitchen window in the morning, and cosy evenings in front of the log burner in the lounge.

Why are you selling?

Work has taken us to north Wales at a time when as a family our 2 kids were needing more space.

What do you love about the area?

We love the growing number of coffee shops and eateries on the Cally, including fresh bread from the Sunflower bakery and Flat Iron steakhouse, swims at the Cally pool and gym across the road, jumping on the 91 bus into town, walking down to Granary Square to see what's on, the community around Thornhill primary school, summer evenings at The Albion or Drapers Arms, driving or walking over to Angel.
