1. Location - a brilliant spot in heart of N1, such a great location for proximity to so many things. Great place to transition from pre-kids to kids, offers something for everyone and strong sense of communtiy. really nice neighbours all around
2. The Rosemary Branch pub - food, theatre and vibes
3. Walks along the canal
