Full description

A four bedroomed Victorian terraced property which offers flexible accommodation over three floors. On the ground floor, there is a bay fronted reception, bathroom and separate kitchen which leads to the price patio garden. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and an additional living room with a staircase leading to a further two bedrooms. The property has until recently been let and could, therefore, be the ideal investment property or for those able to re-imagine the space on offer, a charming family home.   The property is located on a quiet residential terrace moments from Hanwell town center which offers a plethora of amenities in addition to transport links at Hanwell & West Ealing stations. Hanwell is expected to be transformed into a commuter-friendly hotspot thanks to The Elizabeth Line. When the full route opens, four Elizabeth line trains an hour will allow passengers to travel to Heathrow or through the central London tunnels to Southeast London and Essex.   Comments from the owner: What do you love most about your home? I love the original Victorian features especially the little dormer window at the top of the house! As well as the sash windows and little fire place in the upstairs reception room. I liked the unique and quirky layout and cosy feel of the upstairs living room. We enjoyed the court yard garden and had many fun evenings with friends sitting outside with a BBQ. We have lovely neighbours on both sides who have been kind and reliable on so many occasions.   Why are you moving? We rented our home out when we went to live overseas - and as we are now returning to live in a more rural setting- we are selling our London house. After seven years, we′ve decided that we just need a little more space as our family grows. If we could add an extra bedroom here somehow, we wouldn′t be going anywhere! We′re not going far either, we just love the area so much.   What do you love about the area? I loved living in the Hanwell area. It is close to everything we needed, good transport, shops and arty cafes, good schools for the kids, and lovely parks.  Old Hanwell is just down the road too, and has lovely canal walks- and with the family friendly Fox pub (which has a lovely garden and serves a great Sunday lunch) -you can almost forget you are in London and feel like you are in the countryside. It's an exciting area with new craft bars and cafes popping up and with the promise of cross rail even easier access to the city.   Directions to property This 3-word address refers to an exact 3m x 3m location.
