1) What do you love most about your home?
We love our period conversion home which has traditional characteristics and a distinctive split level design. We have beautiful french doors, a private garden and balcony all overlooking mature woodland.
We love the social space our home provides- the kitchen is in close proximity to the living area which is great for entertaining and day-to-day convenience.
2) Why are you moving?
We are moving to Scotland to be closer to family.
3) What do you love about the area?
We are very well connected- 10 min bus to Brixton tube station. Close walking distance to West Norwood, Tulse Hill and Streatham Hill stations.
Restaurants, pubs and cafes: Knowles pub great for Sunday roasts and very family friendly. The Garden and Pintadera italian restaurants are great, the Thai Duck Deli has amazing food, volcano coffee works is nearby and great for a caffeine hit!
Nearby yoga studio- the Shala
Proximity to parks- Brockwell and Tooting Bec Common, Streatham Common
The Rookery at Streatham Common has a beautiful victorian garden and tasty cafe. Also a children's swimming pool at Streatham Common- brilliant in the summer!
