Comments from the Agent:
This gorgeous 2 double bedroomed flat is in great shape, from the newly carpeted double bedrooms and floors, through to the hotelesq bathroom. Adjoining the open plan kitchen reception there is a private balcony, but if you are looking for more space to unwind you have a huge choice from Tredegar Sq, to Mile End Park or even Vicky Park. The transport connections, shops, and services are great around Bow Road but you have also got some of London's top workouts at F45, 9Rounds, and my personal favourite, Mile End Climbing Wall. So please call to arrange a viewing, you will not regret moving here!
Comments from the owners:
What do you love most about your home?
It has been a great home to explore the local delights including the Sunday roasts at The Cobhurn or Mae and Harvey on Roman Road. Having the parks on our doorstep has been amazing but the flat is also very airy and bright with the added benefit of a private balcony which means that being cooped up at home during the lockdown has not been too bad. Plus our newly fitted high-end bathroom has been a wonderful luxury, it is almost like staying in a hotel.
Why are you moving?
We have loved living in the area but the recent Stamp Duty Holiday has enabled us to upsize to a bigger family home.
What do you love about the area?
The list could be endless! The flat is perfectly located to many transport links, which means we are able to get to Stratford and Canary Wharf in under 15 minutes. I have worked all over London and having the DLR and tube station close by has been great, and will be even better when the Elizabeth line opens at Whitechapel. Even walking to Roman Road, where there are lots of places to eat and grab a coffee as well as Victoria Park can be done in no time at all. Bow is changing a lot and I have noticed a big difference in the last 5 years, we will certainly miss it! And the convenience of the supermarket around the corner & catching up with friends in The Morgan Arms, it is fantastic and well worth a visit!
