A few words from the owner:
WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT YOUR HOME?
The view from the flat is wonderful and it is lovely to see all the wildlife, especially seeing the swans that nest on the basin each year as they look after their cygnets. The building has a true sense of community and I have made some great friends over the years. You really do get to know your neighbours and they look out for each other. I felt very safe living there.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING?
I have had 7 wonderful years at the flat however I am now relocating to the coast for a slower pace of life.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT THE AREA
This location is amazing and so close to all the things you need. I love the walks along Regents Canal, the amazing variety of shops on Camden Passage and the feeling that you are part of a little village. There is also a great park nearby that I was a trustee of and you can grow your own veg and meet people along the way. Having the Barbican close by, alongside the fabulous Exmouth Market that's 10 minutes away. It's equidistant to everything cool that London has to offer and everything is in walking distance.
