Lots of sun light and beautiful views. My husband used to grow tomatoes on the balcony as it faces the sun for most of the day.

Victoria park just a just walk away. Great for family. Pubs and coffee shops and restaurants around Victoria Park are great. Delicious Caribbean cafe in well street, Supermarkets small Tesco and a big one as well just a walk away. London fields near by with its trendy restaurants shops and coffee shops. Broadway Market on Saturday amazing with its organic products and atmosphere. Hackney theatre and a cinema 10 minutes walk in Mare street. Homerton Overground Station 3 minutes walk. Well served buses towards the city centre
