Comments from the owner:
What do you love most about your home?
The living space is open plan - great for entertaining. The garden space and double doors increases that space even more, especially in summer! Given I'm not originally from London, I love having the second bedroom for friends to come and stay but it would also make a great office for anyone who is
working from home.

Why are you moving?
I've loved living in Alpine Grove for the last 6.5 years, but lockdown has inspired me to make a change.

What do you love about the area?
What's not to love! It's 5 minutes' walk both from Victoria Park Village, London fields and Broadway
market, with all the lovely restaurants, cafes and shops (and the Saturday market). The Hemmingway
pub, 2 minutes from the flat, is famous for its Sunday roast. The walk along regents canal is really
lovely too, when I'm meeting friends in angel. And of course there's Victoria park itself 2 minutes'
walk away (important to have somewhere to jog with all those restaurants nearby )
