On-street parking right outside of the door.

Three things we love about the area...

St. Bernards church right next door, which is a lovely community centre, with choir singing on Sunday evenings.

There is a row of lovely independent of shops on Shacklewell Lane, 1 min walk away that covers everything.

Q&A

Why are you selling?
It was a re-development project.

What's the area like?
Dalston Highstreet is a bustling metropolitan area and has everything you'll need. There is a lot of green spaces around also, Hackney Downs is on your doorstep, plus Hackney Marshes 15 mins walk away.
There is also a small pocket of shops on Shacklewell Lane and next to Hackney Down Studios.

What is parking like?
£125 (approx) I believe for the entire year. (Zone C)

How busy is the road, is it quiet at night?
It's very quiet as it's a dead-end and has school zone limitations as well.

I'm currently working from home, how does that work in this property?
I'm sure it would be fine.

What's the internet like?
100 mb+ fibre

What's the boiler like?
It works great but certainly could be modernised.

Are we able to do any work/extensions?
Everything is brand new. No work is needed. You can't extend.
