1. The light; golden sunrises and sunsets all year round. Being on the top floor allows for an hour or two of extra light with great views of trees and greenery.
2. The expansive feel of the space, for a small top floor apartment, it's been easy to create both depth and an intimate, cosy zone. The rooms are well proportioned to the windows and ceiling height, plus the added potential of a loft for storage and/or conversion.
3. Very low maintenance, easy to run easy to clean, easy to decorate, plus it's super quiet all day and night.
