How busy is the road, is it quiet at night?
The road is part of a Low Traffic Neighbourhood and part of the London Cycling Network with very low levels of through traffic. Whilst the flat is near the railway, all the rooms of the flat are on the opposite side of the building, so there's very little noticeable noise.
