What do you love most about your home? The thing we love most about our home is high ceilings, open plan living and large sash window that allow the light to flood into our living area as well as the uniqueness of this being a converted Victorian school building.

Why are you moving? As our family grew and our priorities changed we want to move out a little to a larger property.

What do you love about the area? - This is a great, vibrant area for young professionals and families alike. London Fields Lido and park are just a few minutes walk away that has a festival vibe in the summer months, Broadway market that has many bars and restaurants as well as the artisan market on Saturdays. Within two minutes' walk of our property we have three great pubs The Prince Arthur, Prince George, and the Spurstowe Arms with our local patisserie being Violets, who made the cake for the Royal wedding. There are great transport connections to the city and Stanstead airport with Hackney Downs, London Fields, and Hackney Central train stations close by. We are close to the major road routes such as the A12, A13, North Circular, and the M25. We have outstanding local primary and secondary schools within walking distance that our children have benefitted from making many friends. We love walking along the canal to Victoria Park to meet friends or in the opposite direction to Islington. We are regular visitors of the Hackney Picture House cinema as well as the Hackney Empire, where we see comedy acts and spectacular Pantomimes at Christmas. Being one of the oldest theatres in London it has hosted acts including Charlie Chaplin. The shops are close to home and the area has a village-like feel. Ref: ISL
