What do you love most about your home?
The flat is perfectly located, just a 5 min walk from Clapton train station - a brisk 12 mins into Liverpool Street. The space is large and airy and has lots of natural light for a basement flat with 3/4 windows in the living room and bedroom. There's a shiny brand new kitchen/dining room area that has completely transformed the space - a wall was knocked down and the space completely remodelled. The garden is a massive bonus and leads out onto a beautiful shared garden. The study room is a great addition that is big enough to be used as a small second bedroom and a study of course. I personally used it as a massive walk in wardrobe and storage space. The rooms generally are massive. The flat is nice and private and both living room and bedroom windows look out onto plants, bushes and trees - all views from the flat are pure greenery! Rare for Clapton and a beautifully quiet spot.

Where do I start?! Local convenience stores are a couple of minutes walk, Millfields Park is a 4 minute walk away with long walks that stretch through a canal, wetlands and idyllic countryside settings. The Clapton Hart pub is 1 min around the corner with a massive pub garden and a great vibe. There's a load of trendy restaurants including My NeighboursThe Dumplings - has to be the best dumpling restaurant in London - and a boutique gym called BLOK a 2 min walk away. The property is on a quiet road with a main road nearby with shops and restaurants galore. Jump in a cab and you're 5 mins away from Dalston and Stoke Newington if you need more nightlife!
