What do you love most about your home? I was originally drawn to the flat because it is pet-friendly and I loved the layout - it feels much more spacious than any other 2 bed I saw and as I love cooking, the huge kitchen really sold it to me. I love that it's really energy efficient - always warm in the winter and cool in the summer. I also really appreciate how quiet it is here and how secure it feels because it is gated, secluded and has modern security features.

Why are you moving? Moving back to the south west for a lifestyle change after 15 beautiful years in Hackney!

What do you love about the area? The location here is incredible, I feel so lucky to have access to Millfields park, the River Lea and Hackney Marshes literally on my doorstep. When we lie in bed drinking coffee on a Sunday morning all that we can hear is the parrots in the trees, it feels like the countryside! A weekend wouldn't be complete without checking out the boutique shops on Chatsworth Rd and having a couple of pints at the Crooked Billet at the end of the road. Buzzing Hackney Wick is a scenic cycle or walk along the river and trendy Stoke Newington is also a short walk North. You can still hop on a train from Clapton station and be in the city within 10 minutes, as well as scenic cycle routes into the city along the canal system.
