We love the location right on the edge of the Hackney Marshes and by Springfield Park. You're right next to Walthamstow Wetlands too, the largest urban wetland in Europe. You can walk for hours in nature straight out of the front door.
Great local pubs- The Crooked Billet, The Hope and Anchor, The Clapton Hart and The Princess of Wales all walking distance and great for a night out or a quiet roast.
You're close to Stoke Newington for brunch, cafes and shopping.

We love it- easy access to nature right on your doorstep and the neighbours are quiet, respectful and friendly

Fantastic, always space outside and £40 for the year. Good for visitors as Paygo parking is round the corner.

Very quiet street, day and night
