Our sunny aspect conservatory / french doors and garden. No front facing neighbours, which makes it feel more private. Since we installed new windows it is much cosier during winter months, stays cool in summer and is even quieter. High ceilings and period features.
Why are you selling?
We have held off selling for a while but now need to move to be closer to family.
What do you love about the area?
Our immediate neighbours and neighbourhood group are friendly and helpful. We are extremely well connected, with DLR, district line & buses within a few mins walk. Grove Hall Park, a couple of streets away is a peaceful spot with a playground and huge trees, plus Lee Navigation Canal, Olympic Park, Victoria Park, Roman Road are all within a short walk/cycle and we visit regularly. We are very close to the Cycle Superhighway which has made commuting into the city very easy.
