Entering on the first floor there are two large double bedrooms of equal size and a family bathroom. On the lower floor there is a large eat-in separate kitchen which adjoins via double doors the reception with direct access to the private patio garden. We couldn′t believe we found somewhere in the exact location (the beating heart of the East End/Shoreditch) we wanted which had proper sized bedrooms and the best outdoor space we′d ever had. There′s something very special about being able to open the door to your garden, have a barbecue or just a drink outside in the evening and not compromise on location. Why are you moving? We moved to the US a few years ago and let our friends rent the property. Now we′ve 2 kids and need a bigger place over here in NYC and property is expensive! We are sad to let the place go but excited that someone else can enjoy the property. What do you love about the area? What′s NOT to love about the area? In addition to being within walking distance of the City and Liverpool Street Station when the weekend comes around you′re so close to Spitalfields, Columbia Road Flower Market, Shoreditch, Brick Lane...our favourites are definitely Taz Firin, New Tayyabs, Beach Blanket Babylon and our local pub just a few paces away, The Carpenters′ Arms.
