We absolutely love the surrounding area. There is so much green space right on the doorstep. The property is a short walk from the Walthamstow Wetlands and Hackney Marshes and St James park is a lovely park close by. Additionally, it has great transport links, both to the Victoria Line and the overground which on one end has Chingford that brings you out on the edge of Epping Forest, and Liverpool Street at the other end. You are also spoilt for choice with some great places to eat close by, including the new box park crate at the end of the road.
