What do you love most about your home?

The large ground floor bay-window design and the original victorian decoration is what initially attracted us to the property. We also love the spacious hallways and bedrooms. As a family of seven, this house was exactly what we were looking for. We also knew the property had great potential and by making a rear extension & loft conversion, this property was perfect for us. In addition, having the opportunity to relax and make use of the spacious rear garden is what sealed the deal.

Why are you moving?

After living in the property for many years, we are now looking to downsize as our family size has reduced to three members. We are also looking to leave the city and move somewhere closer to our relatives.

What do you love about the area?

We are in an amazing location having easy access to a wide variety of supermarkets / shops which are only a few minutes' walk away. We also have our nearest London overground station very closeby and London underground also within walking distance. In addition, there are numerous bus stops surrounding the immediate area so travelling from place to place is a breeze.

There are multiple cafés / restaurants that are within walking distance and even a newly-built library to make full use of. Walthamstow village is also a short walk away with plenty of places to relax. We also have many museums nearby such as Vestry house museum and the William morris gallery which are a great way to learn about history.

There is also a great selection of schools and colleges in the area all within walking distance. Hollow Pond Park is also nearby which is great for relaxing and even has a boat riding service for the ultimate day out. Whipps cross hospital is also only a five minute drive away just for that peace of mind.
