The area is under a wave of regeneration with fantastic independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocers opening up. Our GP, dentist, pharmacy, hairdressers, nail salon and dry cleaners are less than 5 min away (wow!). Not to mention London excel is also 20 mins walk for amazing annual events and exhibitions. The community is very strong and supportive - we′ve got buy/sell Facebook page, mums groups, and local movie screening outdoors every fortnight. We will miss living here terribly.
