What do you love most about your home?
The light and airy living area with floor to ceiling windows, which are echoed in the bedroom leading out to a balcony over the river which catches the sun on a morning for breakfast outside. The flat is well laid out with two large double bedrooms each with a bathroom so it always feels spacious. I also like the fact the property is very low maintenance as the estate staff are always on hand to help with any repairs, random questions or emergencies!
Why are you moving?
I'm moving to a house with a garden to have space for pets after 13 years of loving living in this flat.

It's a short walk to Greenwich through the historic foot tunnel, as well as several local parks all within 10 mins walk. Canary Wharf has a wide variety of shops and restaurants, particularly the new Crossrail complex. Transport options are really handy, the Thames Clipper pier is right outside for river trips to central London every 15 mins, the DLR is a 10 minute walk and there are regular buses outside to Canary Wharf.
