What do you love most about your home?
The open plan living and large spacious garden is a great feature of the house. It's a great family home and an amazing space for entertaining. The 4 bedrooms are large with even the single rooms are large enough to fit a double bed. There is ample storage including under stair storage on the ground floor, 2 storage cupboards and an attic. It's a beautiful, comfortable and safe home.
Why are you moving?
I'm looking to downsize. a 4-bedroom house is a little large for what I require.
What do you love about the area?
The area is very safe and is great for families being located next to grammar schools. The neighbours are lovely and friendly. There are 3 parks and the river located close by as well as lovely bars, restaurants and 2 large shopping centres. The best thing about the house is that it is so centrally located, yet it has a village feel and the biggest bonus about the house is there is no traffic noise at night.
