Things I like About My Home:

The amount of storage space is a huge plus for me.
I love that despite being called a 'flat/maisonette', it feels like a house. It has its own front door, no flat above or below it, and it is on two floors.
I really enjoy having outside space, and my best purchase of the last few years has been the outdoor sofa, table and chair. We spend so much time out there now.
I love the community feel. I know most of my neighbours, and everyone looks out for each other.
The rooms are a really good size.
The property is fuel efficient - quick to heat up, and it generally stays warm in winter and cool in summer.
I've been here for 10 years, so it's safe to say I love most things about! We're only leaving as we're moving to the country.

Things I like About The Area:

It's so easy to get anywhere from there. There are so many bus routes, tube lines and overground stations close by.
There are really great shops on Harrow Road. Amazing Middle Eastern shops, an Oriental supermarket, etc. Any ingredient you need, you can find (and it'll be much cheaper than in the supermarkets!).
Short walk to Paddington Rec and Queen's Park - both lovely places to go for walks.
