What do you love most about your home?
Inside, we love our wooden floors, high ceilings, exposed brick fireplaces and the large windows at the front and back of the flat. We will miss waking up with sunlight streaming through the bay window in our bedroom and finishing the day with a glass of wine watching the sun go down out of the Juliet balcony. Outside, we adore our garden. The BBQ and wood oven are great for hosting and the vegetable garden is our pride and joy.

Why are you moving? We convinced ourselves to take on a project and earlier this year bought an unloved terraced house which we are redeveloping into a family home.

What do you love about the area? Good transport links and proximity to Ealing Broadway are the obvious answers. But the best shops in the area are along the little parade next to Ealing Common - which has an independent butcher, Mo the fishmonger and Korean and Japanese minimarkets. We have London's best pizza (Santa Maria) close by, as well as two excellent sushi restaurants (Kiraku and Atariya) and the UK's first ever Nando's! The Grange is a short walk across the Common and runs a great pub quiz.
