What do I love about your home? It's a bright flat with natural light coming from all sides and skylights. It's nice and quiet because is on the 3rd floor despite being in characterful Ladbroke grove. The open plan kitchen is perfect for socialising with my friends for drinks or dinner.
Why are you moving? Since buying the flat, I have got married, had the first child and need more space for a growing family.
What do you love about the area? I absolutely love that part of town and wouldn't have move if we could afford a bigger place there. The vibrance of notting hill is unique with great coffee/local shopping on Westbourne Grove, BBB bar, The tabernacle. It is walking distance to Holland Park and Hyde park. Very close to Kensington Memorial Park which has a great picnic area and playground for kids. It is just one block distance from Portobello Road which has a big antique market on Friday/Saturday and Sunday.
