What do you love most about your home?
I love the unique, spacious flow of my home; features such as the wooden floor, window seat and shutters. I love sitting with a coffee in my beautiful, wild garden that somehow feels a million miles from central London. Offley Road is beautiful and quiet. And I love the neighbourhood: morning walks in Kennington Park, grabbing a coffee from any of the local cafes, zipping down for a swim in Brockwell Lido and Saturday morning at Oval Farmers Market. And I can walk to Covent Garden in 25 minutes so accessibility is amazing (3 mins from tube!)

Why are you moving?
I've been here for 7.5 years and it's time for a change and to shake things up. I think I'm moving to Devon - but will rent first.

What do you love about the area?
The neighbourhood is amazing and there's a real community: Oval Farmers Market on Saturdays, jazz in Cable Cafe on Tuesday evening, and dog walking in Kennington park. A whole host of amazing cafes/ restaurants have recently sprung up right onthe doorstep: Mezzo (Lebanese), Rhoda (Ethiopian), 7Gr Coffee and the amazing vegan zero waste shop Pipoca. Theres easy wondering to neighbouring areas: buzzy and artsy Camberwell, leafy Kennington, Brixton (I love Brixton Village!), Herne Hill (the amazing Brockwell Lido and Herne Hil market) and Clapham. Plus central London is literally on the doorstep - I can get to Covent Garden and Houses of parliament on foot in 25 mins, and the tube is 3 mins away. London is your oyster!
