What do you love most about your home/property?
What attracted us to the property initially was its size, particularly the enormous bedrooms and the oversized walk-in rain shower. The glass panelling, and the custom built glass and metal staircase look magnificent. Thanks to the architect's design, downstairs is flooded with natural light during the daytime, and having the bedrooms downstairs provides incredible peace and quiet. Being split level, and sharing an entrance with only one other property, makes it feel more like a house.

Why are you selling?
Having had twins, we would like to settle into a 3 bedroom, family home. Even though the space and storage is more than ample for 4 of us, eventually the children will want their own bedrooms.

What do you love about the area?
The property is a short walk from Battersea power station shopping mall, Clapham old town, and Vauxhall. Nine Elms and Stockwell tube stations are both within 0.5miles. Served by the Victoria and Northern lines, there is fast access to the West End or the City. Working in Green Park, I can be door to door in 15 minutes. Sainsbury's, M&S, and Waitrose are all within a 15minute walk.

The quiet and traditional local pub has provided a comforting sense of community in the street, rarely found in London. We will miss passing by and chatting to the life long locals & lovely owners and staff. The park on the doorstep is well maintained, the wildflower mound blooms in spring, and the community allotment grows an abundance of fruit & veg, and keen gardeners are always welcome!
