We really love coming home to a calm, light-filled and relaxing space, with close access to the buzz of the city. The recent renovation has maximised space and storage, making the most of all space available. The south facing garden is a sun-trap in the summer months and the greenery makes it feel very private.
Why are you selling?
We have loved living on Richborne Terrace and would recommend it to anyone looking to feel at home, close to central London. We are relocating out of London to be closer to family.
What do you love about the area?
Richborne Terrace is a lovely street to live on, with friendly, helpful neighbours and a real sense of community. The proximity to Vauxhall park is brilliant, particularly the lavender field in the summer. The local cafe, a short walk away, is a great place to meet friends for brunch, and we love having a friendly local pub just round the corner. As well as brilliant transport links, including two Zone 1 tube stations, Oval, Vauxhall and Kennington all provide so many options for independent restaurants, shops and fitness, within walking distance.
