Some words from the owner:

What do you love most about your property?
I love the location, It's close to Battersea Park, Clapham Common and Chelsea. I love the layout of flat, with it's great storage and the garden!

Why are you selling?
I'm moving abroad.

What do you love about the area?
It has such a great mix of amenities. Lots of nice pubs and brunch places in Clapham, also great yoga/fitness places. I used to do weekend yoga followed by breakfast at Gails in Clapham Old Town. Then the Chelsea buzz is just a 10-15 min bus ride away when in that kind of mood. Morning walks in Battersea Park with a coffee and chocolate croissant from Sendero. The new Battersea Power Station is just a 10 min walk away with it's cinema, restaurants and shops… everything is within walking distance!
