Queenstown Road itself features many bars, restaurants and shops and is moments from both the open green spaces of Clapham Common and Battersea Park.

Queenstown Road and Battersea Park mainline stations are within close proximity of this charming property so you can be in Victoria or Waterloo in just a few minutes and the apartment is within walking distance to the new Battersea Power Station Underground Station (Northern Line).

Some words from the owners:

What do you love most about your home?
We love the bright living space with high ceiling and charming characters.
The split level apartment and outside space make us feel that we live in a small cottage / house.
A lot of storage space.
The well insulated basement is warm in winter and cool in summer.
West facing garden is very cosy and private, we appreciate it a lot for our aperitif time.
Queenstown Road is very safe, night bus stop nearby so always feel safe coming back from night out.

Why are you moving?
We are moving because we require more space for our business to grow.
Also, we are now older and attracted to living near nature with our dogs.

What do you love about the area?
We enjoy dining out near the riverside of Battersea Power station with the large choice of cuisine such as ramen, tapas, seafood.
We are lucky to have beautiful Battersea Park (6min walk) on our doorstep, so many different landscapes within and our favourite is the circle path around the lake and the wildlife.
We often grab delicious coffee from "Nostos" near Battersea park station before going to the park.
