It's pretty, cosy and very convenient for Central London working. We love sitting on our balcony (all year round) and it's a super warm flat in the winter (rarely need to put the heating on).

It's so easy to get to anywhere on the northern or Victoria line (10 mins to Leicester Square), and we can walk to work. I have lived in Vauxhall twice, as I liked the chilled, international vibe it has. Since the Nine Elms and Battersea developments opened we have so many new shops/ restaurants/ bars/ entertainment places to go to - it's hard to leave! Living in the block is really helpful from a community perspective, as everyone is keen to help with queries and advice for the flats owners.
