Some words from the owners:
What do you love most about your home/property?
What we love most is the winter garden - a cosy, year-round oasis that brings the outdoors in. Even though it's a one-bedroom apartment, every room feels open and spacious, with smart storage throughout. We especially love what we've done to create a cloakroom; it's so satisfying to have a dedicated place for coats and shoes instead of a crowded cupboard.
Why are you selling?
We love our apartment, but we're hoping to grow our family so after 6 great years, we're now looking for a larger space.
What do you love about the area?
So much! The area has a warm, village-like community vibe, and now that the Power Station is open, there's really no need to go far - everything's here! We have Nostos for coffee, the Mason's Arms pub, Charlie's, the friendly local newsagent, plus great spots to eat. With Battersea Park right on our doorstep, it's such a beautiful spot to enjoy. We'll be so sad to leave, especially with how well-connected we are, right between Queenstown Road and Battersea Park stations, plus Battersea Power Station Tube nearby.
