What do you love most about your home/property?
Being on the 8th floor with no apartments opposite, I love how much light the flat gets. It's positioned perfectly for all day sun in every room, which is great for working from home, and also requires minimal heating in winter. The view is also amazing - you can see the Shard, and even Canary Wharf on a clear day.

Why are you selling?
After living here initially, the flat has been rented while I've been abroad. As it's now unlikely that I will return to the UK long term, it's time to sell.

What do you love about the area?
In terms of getting anywhere, it's incredibly well located. You've got Stockwell and the Victoria line, the new Nine Elms Northern line, and Wandsworth Road Overground all less than ten minutes away. The buses are incredible - loads of them, all day, all night. Vauxhall and Clapham Junction are only ten and fifteen mins away on the bus and you can walk to Waterloo in half an hour and to Battersea Park, my favourite park in London, in fifteen.

Food wise, A Toca, the Portuguese restaurant, literally opposite the flat, is one of the best places in London to eat meat and fish, Ocean Blue - the local chippy - is truly amazing, and then there's a bunch of local Ethiopian places that are great for veggie food. Drinks wise, there are two local pubs, both very different. The Surprise is your local boozer and surprisingly friendly, while the Priory Arms must have London's biggest beer selection and a great quiz night on Sundays but is pricier.

Other things. Larkhall Park is great and only a minute's walk away. Clapham Common is also nearby and there's a gym under the building if that's your thing. If you like squash, the Southbank Club is world class and 4 mins away. Last but not least, there's a Tesco's under the flat, a local Asian food store, a Moroccan butcher, and a massive and pretty new Sainsbury's ten minutes away.
