Some words from the owners:
What do you love about the property?
We love the kitchen / dining room with high ceilings and afternoon sunlight that streams through. It's a great place to have friends over. The garden is a really good size, a real sun trap and feels quite private - again is brilliant for hosting friends and family. Also having double doors from the main bedroom that open into the garden is fantastic especially in summer. In the winter the flat is very cozy and heats up quickly.
Why are you moving?
We are looking to upsize, and also to be closer to our respective families.
What do you love about the area?
It's a lovely quiet area with lots of young couples and families. You are a 1-minute walk from Tooting common which is great for walks/runs/picnics. What's great is you are also close to some really nice pubs and restaurants. In Balham you have The Bedford close by and a Soho House opening soon. In Streatham there's a great pizza place and a wine bar which we have used a lot. And in terms of commuting, you are a 5 min walk from Streatham Hill, a 10 min bus to Brixton and a 15 min walk to Balham so there's lots of options.
