What do you love most about your home?
Our garden as it's private, quiet and full of beautiful roses in the summer. The flat is full of natural light and the back room has served us well as an office opening out to the garden. We renovated the lower ground bedroom a few years ago and we have loved the spacious master bedroom.

Why are you moving?
We are sad to leave after living in this home for ten years but have recently moved out of London to be closer to family. We already miss our summer BBQs in the garden.

What do you love about this area?
We have two great pubs on our doorstep including a gastro pub (The Tulse Hill Hotel) and live music venue (The Railway). The stunning Brockwell Park and lido is a five minute walk away. It has great transport links to all areas of London - you can get to Elephant and Castle in 11 mins and London Bridge in 19 mins.
