Some words from the owners:
What do you love most about your home?
Oh where to start! We loved living in our flat, we lived there for twenty very happy years.
The views are out of this world with Battersea and the river to the front and Westminster and the London Eye to the back - an excellent place to watch the NYE fireworks.
Big living space - that is open planned, but the kitchen is not 'right there' in the living room and we designed it this way. There is space for entertaining and dinner parties.
This is a boring point - but there is loads of storage due to owning the third floor stairs - where do you put your vacuum cleaner, ironing board and coats!!!
If we had not bought our dogs we were hoping to stay in Pimlico forever - so much so we paid an architect to draw up plans to incorporate the third floor landing into main living area to create a spectacular throw living/ working space.
Why are you selling?
We own three dogs so have moved to Kennington and bought a little 4 bedroom house with a garden.
What do you love about the area?
We loved living in Pimlico - we bought the flat when we were 24, and loved Victoria's proximity to everything, but still being a quiet residential area.
We love the local pubs and great neighbourhood restaurants, Lorne is fantastic, The Cambridge Street Kitchen is good for brunch.
You are surrounded by green, a tree lined street, book ended with private squares. And its 25 minutes walk to, Hyde Park, Green Park, St James' and Battersea.
Victoria is so well served for transport links, we used to play sport in Clapham, one stop on the train, loved going to the theatre - the number 24 bus is a 24 hour life saver! You have two good Tube lines and the Gatwick Express on your doorstep.
