What do you love about the property?

We love the amazing London views, which are perfect to enjoy either with a cup of coffee from bed or from the huge roof terrace! We've also thoroughly enjoyed hosting dinner parties and entertaining family and friends in the open plan kitchen/lounge, and the layout of the flat is perfect for easy living. We've loved living in a new-build, where everything is new, shiny and makes for a no-hassle flat (and the great insulation means no neighbour noise and very cheap energy bills!)

Why are you moving?

We love our Wandsworth home, but have decided to move out of London and closer to our families in Surrey.

What do you love about the area?

Parks & Green space: There is so much green space within walking distance; King George's Park, Wimbledon Park & Wandsworth common are just short walks away. To the other side, Wandsworth Park is only 15 minutes away on foot and from here it's a lovely short walk along the river into Putney!

Eating & Drinking: Lots of our favourite restaurants and cafes are on Old York Road, such as Pad Thai Story and Konnigans. The King's Arms pub (5 minutes walk) has one of the nicest beer gardens in London! We're also within easy walking distance of everything that Earlsfield, Putney and Clapham Junction have to offer.

Transport links: It takes only 12 minutes to walk to Wandsworth Town station, where there are incredibly frequent trains into Waterloo, Vauxhall, Clapham Junction and more. Clapham Junction is only a 25 minute walk, or a 5-10 min bus ride. For tube links, Southfields is less than a 20 min walk and Putney Bridge is a 30 min walk (or very short bus). The bus links are fantastic - we use them frequently for getting to Clapham/Tooting/Nine Elms and even central London!
