Full description

This immaculately presented and completely refurbished family home is perfectly located for Granton Primary School and a short walk to Streatham, Streatham Common and Mitcham Eastfields train stations offering direct access to London Bridge, London Victoria and Blackfriars. Streatham Vale Park is walking distance and is perfect for Sunday family walks.

The house has recently been refurbished and great thought went into the layout and finish. On the ground floor there is an open plan living/ dining and kitchen area with bi-fold doors out to the decked patio and landscaped garden. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a third smaller bedroom currently being used as an office and a large family bathroom. The loft area has been developed to create a fourth bedroom with separate bathroom and a large walk in wardrobe. There will be no ongoing chain with this perfect family home.

Some words from the owners:

What do you love most about your home/property?
Our new kitchen/living room area is probably our favorite space and where we spend most of our time as a family. Thanks to the large aluminium frames, internal window and bi-fold doors, there is tons of natural light flooding in at any time of the year - it's also cosy in the winter thanks to the underfloor heating. The room also opens up nicely onto the garden which we have spent a lot of time remodeling - it's a perfect place for summer BBQs with friends and big enough for the kids to let off some steam. We also love having our own parental space in the loft area with walk-in wardrobe and ensuite shower room.

Why are you selling?
As much as we love our life here in London, we are both French and we have decided to move back there to be closer to our families

What do you love about the area?
The fact that we have an outstanding primary school at our doorstep and that we live in a very quiet street with easy off-street parking. It's also well connected to central London (20 mins to Victoria) and relatively close to nice parks such as Streatham Common or Tooting Bec. We are also lucky to be close to essential shops (groceries/dry-cleaner/chemist/GP) and a few restaurants.
