What do you love most about your home/property?
We were first attracted to this property because of its beautiful garden, which felt like a slice of paradise. Although the flat didn't impress us at first, we saw its potential. We completely renovated and added the loft in 2015/2016. The abundance of natural light from dawn to dusk is one of our favourite features in the property. A spacious kitchen was non-negotiable for us, as we thoroughly enjoy cooking and hosting.

Why are you selling?
We are moving back to Switzerland, after having lived in London for over 15 years, to be closer to family.

What do you love about the area?
We absolutely love that we are less than a 5 minute walk from Battersea Park. Whether it's to go for a run, take our daughter to the playground, enjoy a delicious brunch at the Pear Tree cafe, read a book in the hidden Old English Garden or share the best woodfire pizza at the minigolf cafe; Battersea Park has been such a happy place for us throughout the years. Along Battersea Park Road, we have some favourite spots like Kapihan, a cozy Filipino cafe, Farmer's Mistress for a delightful brunch, and a sushi cafe for some quality sushi. Being just a 10-minute bus ride away from Clapham Junction is incredibly convenient, especially for trips to Gatwick airport.
