What do you love most about your property?
The one thing I love most about the flat is that it behaves like a much larger 1 bed apartment. The ability to hide the bed, desk and table, coupled with the crazy amount of storage makes it feel like somewhere that you can easily entertain, work and live. That and being so close to Battersea Park, the Battersea Power Station and the River. It is the dream apartment. Gutted to be leaving tbh.
Why are you selling?
I'm moving in with my girlfriend and we need space for a dog and to start a family.
What do you love about the area?
Now that you have the new Northern Line Underground Station at Battersea Power Station, coupled with the new shopping centre and everything with it, the area has absolutely everything you could possible need.
A personal favourite is Nostro coffee that makes, in my opinion, the best coffee in London. Being able to run in the park and along the River, have a cinema, great restaurants and shops on the doorstep, plus being able to get into Soho in 15mins on the tube is truly unreal. Will really miss it.
