This beautiful and completely refurbished, studio apartment, located on the fourth floor of the Burnelli building at Chelsea Bridge Wharf is available now. The property benefits from an extremely high specification and much thought has gone into the re-design which can easily home a large dining area, a work from home space and 2 beds. The spacious, open plan kitchen/living area leads onto a private balcony, which overlooks the peaceful piazza. The property has a beautiful and separate bathroom and tons of storage space throughout the apartment. 24 hour concierge service and security service.
Chelsea Bridge Wharf is one of London's most glamorous riverside developments, located a short walk away from Sloane Square and adjacent to the wide open spaces of Battersea Park, the River Thames and the exciting Battersea Power Station project offering a mixture of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Secure underground car parking is available at extra cost and direct transport into Central London is available via Battersea Park (5 minutes to Victoria) and Queenstown Road (5 minutes to Waterloo) stations, along with various bus routes, and a Santander Cycles docking station nearby. The Battersea Power Station Northern Line extension is now open and is also within a few minutes' walking distance.
Some words from the owner:
What do you love most about your property?
The one thing I love most about the flat is that it behaves like a much larger 1 bed apartment. The ability to hide the bed, desk and table, coupled with the crazy amount of storage makes it feel like somewhere that you can easily entertain, work and live. That and being so close to Battersea Park, the Battersea Power Station and the River. It is the dream apartment. Gutted to be leaving tbh.
Why are you selling?
I'm moving in with my girlfriend and we need space for a dog and to start a family.
What do you love about the area?
Now that you have the new Northern Line Underground Station at Battersea Power Station, coupled with the new shopping centre and everything with it, the area has absolutely everything you could possible need.
A personal favourite is Nostro coffee that makes, in my opinion, the best coffee in London. Being able to run in the park and along the River, have a cinema, great restaurants and shops on the doorstep, plus being able to get into Soho in 15mins on the tube is truly unreal. Will really miss it.
