What do you love most about your home/property?
The apartment is the best and largest in the Fawcett Court Mansions and occupies the entire 1st floor with a balcony overlooking the street. It is an elegant apartment with a double reception room and quiet bedrooms at the back of the building. It has a very comfortable layout for a family of 4 with a small but comfortable separate study and great additional storage in the basement. Fawcett Court is an easy to run small block with good neighbours.

Why are you selling?
It has been a good family flat for us for many years, but I am on my own now and downsized already. It has also been an easy rental for few years, but I have to move on now.

What do you love about the area?
The neighbourhood is lovely and the local Brinkley's wine bar is run like a club with the owner as a friend and neighbour. The choice of shops, bars and pubs are great but the street itself is quiet and the transport links are great.
There are good local schools and kindergartens nearby popular with the French and the Italians. It has a metropolitan vibe with a community flair and intimacy.
