What do you love most about your home?
The house is extremely welcoming and bright. When we first moved in we loved the light, the spaciousness and the comfort given by a combination of space and layout of the house. The kitchen and the overall living space on the ground floor were the first main features that caught our eyes. We love cooking, inviting friends over and throwing parties so for us having a lot of living space, together with the low maintenance garden and the bi-folding door at the back, made us fell in love with this house.

What do you love about the area?
Charlton is growing and there is an amazing community feeling. Having a dog we spend most of our time at Charlton Park and at the Old Cottage Shop Café. The Green Grocers is a jewel in Charlton village, there are a few nice pubs around here and a lot of local bakers. Greenwich Park is a 15min walk away, as well as Blackheath village. We were so grateful we had so much green around me during lockdown.
